Sealing interior basement masonry.
by Gretch from Des Moines, IowaI live in an older home that I want to seal the masonry in order to do some finish work in the basement and keep water out. The walls have been painted by previous owners with latex paint--- is there a special way to handle this in order to do an affective sealing of the masonry?
