Re-poly T&G cathedral ceiling.

What is the best way to re-poly a T&G ceiling to minimize drips and what is the best poly to use?

Spraying is the best way. This could be done using an HVLP sprayer or a airless with a small tip. If spraying isn't for you try using a painting pad for the wide flat areas and a brush for the groove.
