How long should you let primer dry over paneling before applying paintable textured wallpaper?

Firstly you need to use ONLY a Pigmented Shellac Sealer Primer over paneling... allow 1-3 hours to dry, then if your paper requires, apply a wall size coating first, let dry about 1 hour, then hang your paper...
