We primed and two top coats of semi gloss latex paint. They layed a couple of doors against the wall and when they moved them the paint peeled off. The paint will come off in sheets and takes off the white top layer of paper, but leaves the brown paper. No effort at all to peel off. The primer did stick to the paper. What caused this?

Most likely the primer and paint isn't fully cured. Primer can dry to re-coat quickly but curing is slow when covered up with paint. Plus semi-gloss paint can remain very soft for quite a while. Go ahead and repair/touch-up the wall and give it a couple of weeks to cure.
