How many square feet will a gallon of paint cover?

by Anonymous

I am painting about 420 sq/ft. And I only have 3 gallons. Is that enough?

It depends on the color and texture of your walls. A good average is 250-300 sq/ft per gallon per coat. You should have enough for two coats with a little left over for future touch-up.
